Were not super diligent about benefits, time off, or pay. Stores were usually understaffed.

A lot of 401 K Mutual Fund Options. PTO is good.

Overall good health benefits. Vacation is hard to take with only have 1 or 2 other people working at store.

Best thing is interacting with customers and creating that loyalty. Worst thing is upper management being abusive and not taking responsibility for their own incompetence.

Fairly cheap health insurance policies available, Fidelity 401K and managers start with around 80 hrs PTO + 40 hrs sick(in NY you can accumulate more sick hrs as you work) Employee discount is offered but only 20% off, often times its cheaper to purchase as a regular customer when sales are going on and/ or cheaper to buy online.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Retail Sales Associate in Erie, Pennsylvania

At the low levels where I work, the health insurance is costly. Job Training was extremely high quality and Employee Discount average.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Retail Sales Associate in Dallas, Texas

There are no benefits, a dead end job.

Best thing is learning about how products can help customers. The wort thing is the pay is horrible.
