    the best thing was the commission based, the more you sell the more you make and I like that. The downside is that if it's busy and no one comes in you make minimum wage and can't do anything.

    It was affordable, and better than getting stuck without any coverage. Until we have national free health care here the alternatives suck.

    They lowered our employee benefits from 30% to 20%. And the commission is nice if you can build and regimen booster.

    You get full benefits if your a full time and you get an employeee discount as well which saves you a lot of money in the long run

    I did nit stay long enough to be able to get any benefits with them. I believe it was after 3 or 6 months after employment.

    The Insurance they offer is actually pretty good; as well as, the 401k plan. The hardest part would just be keeping commission high because that's where most of your income is form. Slow days can really kill your wallet but the busy days supplement that most of the time.

    If you work for corporate, then you will receive benefits. Otherwise, you do not receive benefits working for a franchise owner.
