401K matches 50% of the first 3% you put into the program. Health care is provided by a provider where you shop for the best coverage based on your family. For my child and I it cost about 97.00 per paycheck.

You need to work full time in order to get medical insurance. The managers make you work less than 30 hours per week so you don't qualify for insurance.
