    Depends which gnc but some have 401k paid sick and vacation days. But then some managers cut your hours if you take to much time off

    Great management if you get along well. I was an assistant store manager at 18 years old. Dont realize what you have until its gone. 40/hours a week, you just learn the products and give real information to people. Build up trust and you get back loyalty.

    GNC provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401K. Vacation Policies/ PTO policies could be better. Excellent discounts and product samples.

    Time off was reasonable depending upon appointments and schooling most employees didn’t mind adding extra hours to their shift nor complained. Best thing was the 30% discount on all products and also free samples of products that shipment dropped off. Worst thing was the district and regional managers were never there to assist and or be supportive in anything that we did or sold as a group or individually. When you need “more training” on a product such as the pro box and you see the same customer over and over everyday all they care about is selling it and continuesly pushing it more and more for them to buy it when he or she’s doesn’t want nor care about that product. It does nothing for the consumer or employee.

    The best is that the company has a decent benefits plan available to full time employees. The worst is that to become a full time employee you must be an assistant manager or manager.
