Benefits are not good, very expensive and limited coverage. PTO was NOT extended as a previous review states. 7 days PTO per year and you are discouraged from using it.

This company is only a subprime company. Benefits are not that great.
5 days accrued PTO (this includes sick and vacation time). The health/dental plans offered require more out of pocket than most other employers. No 401K matching.
There is a 401k but no company match and they contribute very little to health insurance. It's cheaper to go through Covered California. Vacation and time off accrues at the average speed of other employers.
Great medical, dental, vision, life, 401K options. Company contributes to medical more so than most other companies. Great place !!
They offer pension/retirement plans that are managed by another company that is owned by one of the owners, so guess who is profiting from this? You guessed it right, the owner. They don't even match you contribution, that they rather do "profit sharing"; when? when the company goes out of business?
