    Your sick time and vacation time are one and the same, if you get sick, there goes your vacation time. If you do get sick or need extra vacation time, you can "borrow" time up to a certain number of hours. It takes 5 years to get extra time off, even if you enter as a senior person. There are 10 paid holidays. That's better than some employers.
