This depends upon how much you kiss your direct boss's behind. Sometimes you could. Sometimes you couldn't.
This is one of my favorite things about GP Strategies. Though I do report to an office, I often use the option to work from home. This allows me to save PTO days when I'm sick, or stretch my vacations by working remote as I travel.
Many of us work at home, only needing to go to meetings with clients or for all hands meetings. While this has pros and cons, I really appreciate this.
Some projects were work from home and others required you to be on site.

Great flexibility, IT HelpDesk for support, and collaboration options.
The flexibility offered to some workgroups is fantastic. The ability to work at home as needed to flex around home, child, and family needs is an incredibly valuable benefit to working here.
Overall, very supportive of working from home. There is not time clock to punch. Really flexible as long as project work is delivered on time and of the expected quality.
