Constant improvements being made to the benefits offerings to further align with employee needs
limited PTO and sick days, if you take them you may be fired, terrible (no) benefits, no 401k as promised, nothing for employees future
high benefits payments, high deductible, no 401K
Very expensive health care. They make you pay for dental and vision even though a lot of companies pay for that nowadays. No 401k although it has been coming soon for over a year.
Comprehensive options for health, dental, and vision insurance. Unsure about potential benefits for paternal/maternal leave. Flexible work times for parenting. No 401K / pension.
Idk didn't take advantage of them so I don't know but no 401k. I don't think I really understand the impact of that, but for some reason I feel I might regret it A LOT later on. I think benefits are actually quite non-existent so I give it a low rating.
Medical and Vision only. Too cheap for anything else.
Best commission structure on the market. Really transparent so you know how much you are getting and when. Company holidays offered if you are doing well, last year I went to the Hamptons and now working towards a ski trip!
