Good benefits and no complaints
2% retirement match is relatively low compared to the industry
Thank you for your review on our new 2% 401k match. As a startup invested in by venture capital, we are proud to be able to offer this benefit, as most SaaS startups do not even have a 401k program.
Benefits have improved slowly over the last few years. New perks include home office budget, yearly professional improvement budget, some paid family leave, pretty good vacation and sick time. They're continually improving in this area.
They listen to their employees. Always trying to improve.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
Grin provides full benefits, PTO , Paid Vacation, Health Insurance and sends out awesome equipment for all new hires
Full Benefits and choices so you customize the plan. Very easy online system to get enrolled and was able to get covered very quickly.
Competitive pay, just implemented a company 401(k) program, which is very cool for a start up. Long, but flexible hours, including time during the day to go workout. Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Company pays a good part of it.
They have a ton of options after 60 days.
