Increase of vacation time by one week for every five years of employment! Also, plenty of sick and personal time for life outside the agency.
There are a variety of health, vision and dental plans to choose from and GSD&M pays 75% of the premium rate. They offer Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA and options for legal services and pet insurance.
I was an intern so I did not get benefits.
They downgraded our prescription drug coverage and I've had to switch to a different medication as a result. Not what my doctor or I would have preferred.
As an intern, you aren't offered many benefits obviously. However, I was offered much more than I expected.
The financial perks are not great. 401K matching is not as good as my previous agency, but not terrible. Health benefits are pretty good. Bonuses are basically nonexistent - but maybe for higher-ups, and new business winners?. But you get a good about of PTO, lots of free stuff, lots of parties and happy hours and SXSW events, and fun things. Management is really easy going and flexible to work with. It's a really healthy, fun, happy and flexible environment. Feels like family.
They had solid health insurance options.
The benefits at GSD&M are the best in the ad business, with little/no co-pay and the internal team is always there to help.
Good pay and compensation benefits overall.
Time off and vacation was a definite perk at GSD&M. After 10 years, you receive 15 days vacation, 5 days personal, and 5 days sick.
