The 401K and insurance were decent, but the PTO and vacation policies were confusing and inconsistent at best.

The medical deductible is high, so if you have anything out of the ordinary, you pay $$.
The health benefits are not the greatest.. Very high deductible for families and choosing a plan can be very confusing.
Health benefits kept decreasing in value as Wall Street and now T.H. Lee Partners have put the squeeze on. Your new favorite acronym will be EBITA.
Decent 401K with employee discounts
Most bizarre benefits package I have ever seen.
Vacation for most new employees is only two weeks (10 days), with one week more after three years. Directors and higher qualify for more. They also provide eight personal leave days per year (for any purpose) and the typical assortment of paid holidays. Both maternity and paternity leave provide only one week of paid leave.
