The annual profit sharing goes directly into the 401k.
You need to be proactive checking on your account, as there are no digital reminders or snail mail.
They will match whatever you decide to contribute to your 401K after 2 years.

Profit sharing comes in the form of 401K contributions ONLY. Employee has no choice regarding how to receive profit sharing money.

Match up to 6% plus profit sharing after one year
No 401k until after 1 year. Matching starts at a very low rate and very slowly inches up. Better than nothing, but not "good."
Nothing great or bad - its via Merrill Lynch and many different programs available based on your risk profile.
