In addition to sick and vacation days, you also receive at least two personal days. 401k contributions do not begin to be matched until 12 months into employment. Match rate is around 2 or 3% of salary.
Pretty good benefits. Comprehensive and not too expensive (compared to other places I've worked)
Generous benefits for full-time employees which are reasonably affordable.
They offer the HMO I prefer. Not many choices, however.
Overall, it's a fairly standard corporate benefits package - Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401(k), paid sick time and paid vacation time. The office shuts down the week between Christmas and New Year's, and also closes for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Easter, Memorial & Labor Day, etc.). The company offers a lot of training sessions for career development, free of charge. There are also nice perks like the holiday craft bazaar and food trucks that come on site.
Very competitive with the industry
The paid time off offered is excellent. Medical, dental, vision, legal services offered. Corporate discounts offered on a variety of things.
Aetna had the best benefits. Great things like time off the week between Christmas and year years. We had optional summer Friday's and CEO Satish Korde cut out the benefit without communicating it. 40k matching is standard. Lots of company perks. Band come and play, we have a cafeteria, standard stuff at an agency. But the medical benefits were great.
All excellent except their is no maternity - this is bad.
GTB does have a good 401k, health benefits and holiday package as compared to many companies but it used to be much better
