Outstanding benefits across the board
The benefits at GZA are PHENOMENAL. Not only are the health/vision/dental plans cheap, but they are also really good coverage. For example, the vision plan provides FREE contacts and a free new pair of frames every year and it only costs $1.10 every two weeks! GZA also has an unlimited sick time policy, a great 401k match (it varies based on profits for the year, but last year it was 5.92%), and they even offer pet insurance.
Very competitive benefits package with good medical, short and long term disability and even pet insurance. 401K with employer matching based on profits.
Standard Health Insurance for the industry.
Amazing 401k Match and better medical options compared to most. Only area that could improve would be in vacation.
The Company has very flexible work hours for its industry. The health insurance program is top notch.

Dental/vision is awful, medical is average. Tuition reimbursement is based on IRS limit. 2 weeks starting vacation, 1 day added after each year until 5 years (3 weeks), then you're stuck at 3 weeks for the next 5 years..
GZA offers a variety of benefits. However, a good portion are not relevant to me at my current stage in life (i.e. - pet insurance, insurance for dependents, and maternity leave). Strides have been made over the past year to improve some polices like those related to vacation time.
The sick time policy is generous. The vacation policy is not good.
