Full time associates can opt in for health, vision and dental after 90 days. 401k after a year. Employee discount it's 15% for everything but food, food is 30%. They occasionally do "employee appreciation weekends" where they up it to 20% for everything but food

medical insurance seemed very competitive--coverage compared to cost was excellent, 401K was standard, no PTO , just a standard 2 weeks(old school), no paid holidays, like the company didnt even recognize holidays at all, open full hours and no additional compensation

Not many perks even at full time status. No bonus payout. No sick time separate from vacation time. Employees received discount on already discounted merchandise..that was ok.

There is no holiday pay, holidays are considered regular work days for store employees. Health insurance is reasonably priced and covers well.
