good salary to start but no raises so far
Don't even of think of asking for a raise - they are nonexistent. CEO regularly reminds staff the company is barely above water and needs to get "over a hump". So - bare minimum benefits, no investment into employees future which should tell you something, health insurance plan which is annually getting cancelled/changed leaving employees swinging in the wind as to what plan and doctor they may be able to see (plan costs have marginally increased but employees shoulder the burden for VERY HIGH deductibles)... which leads to turnover and vastly under motivated staff.
Benefits are very decent for the size company they are
