    Annual leave accrues very slowly and the sick/personal leave policies are rather rigid.

    The company has a phenomenal culture but the benefits package doesn't match the culture, which is strange as a large employee benefit broker. The benefits are not millennial friendly. Lots of cool perks expected at a large company but the healthcare itself is terrible. All options are high-deductible with higher than expected premiums. Surcharge of about $100/month to add a working spouse to your coverage if their employer also offers coverage- just one example of misalignment of benefits and company culture.
