They provide the minimum federal required maternity leave. The benefits for working mothers are very limited.

The insurance package is tough. Parent + child my deductible for each was $6,000. They offer HSA/Flex spending allowing for you to put aside dedicated funds for your doctor visits. I get bills all year long and the negotiated rates are very low, so I still pay out a lot. The objective is never get sick, old or die.
