benefits start on the first day of employment which many places do not do. You usually have to wait for 30 days or the first day of the following month
Disability plan is good. 401K Match. PTO is okay. Offer a lot of benefits but employee contribution prohibits purchasing them. High deductible health plan.

Health insurance starts on day 1 which is nice. However, the overall benefits package is terrible. PTO is a joke.
401k match, Paid Time Off, Holidays, vacation, sick days, etc. are pretty standard. Health insurance is poor, especially considering Gallagher is a benefits company.
Health insurance is overpriced. They gibe you a $25 credit per paycheck but it barely helps. Extremely high deductibles as well. Not very many options to choose from.
It is absolutely unbelievable that an empoyee benefits consulting firm has such awful beneifts. They are not affordable. If your firm gets bought by them beware.
They allow Work from home flexibility
Great benefits! You start off with 10 paid vacation days, plus 2 floating holidays. After 5 years you get an additional 5 vacation days. After 1 year, they match up to 3% on your 401K.
