The benefits package offered was very good. Best health, dental, and stock. Worst PTO program.

There is not very much to say. Benefits are pretty basic. They are adequate. I can’t elaborate much more than that.

Annual leave accrues very slowly and the sick/personal leave policies are rather rigid.

The company has a phenomenal culture but the benefits package doesn't match the culture, which is strange as a large employee benefit broker. The benefits are not millennial friendly. Lots of cool perks expected at a large company but the healthcare itself is terrible. All options are high-deductible with higher than expected premiums. Surcharge of about $100/month to add a working spouse to your coverage if their employer also offers coverage- just one example of misalignment of benefits and company culture.

Best was the 401K and worse was the Health Insurance Plan.

For a benefits brokerage firm, employee benefits were mediocre and cost is higher than average.

Ability to work from home one day a week, 3 personal days given each year, after 5 years one more weeks vacation

Good benefits. Vacation time is adequate and insurance plans are competitive. 401k contributions are matched after a year of service.
