the medical plan is standard
Great 5% 401k match that comes as AJG stock. Very nice LTD policy and car stipend for salespeople. Only downside is only 3 health plans to choose from.

High deductible health plans is rough, but they do tier pricing based on wages
All of the benefit were good. I wasn't on the medical plan but others said it was not very competitive, especially for a Benefits Consulting firm.
Retirement company match was replaced with Company stock at a discretionary percentage subject to change.
They have a very decent benefit package including having the option of participating in Well being assessments during each quarter which can give a discount on current employee portion of the medical plan.
They basically only have HSA for medical plans. No HMO
Benefits are not the best for a benefit consulting firm.
