    Absolutely amazing. When election time comes, you get different options of health care providers (at least in California) and there’s 3 different plans for each one.

    High deductible. Would constantly change options every year so you weren't guaranteed the same coverage year after year.

    The time it took to pay into it would remove any benefit had by it because the percentage taken from paychecks.

    They don't pay the entirety of health insurance, but they have many providers at different costs, and the portal to sign up allows you to research which plans and providers are accepted by your favorite doctor or clinic, which can make the whole process painless
