Sick leave is only granted through State law. In Arizona, Prop 206 (which went into effect July, 2017) grants all hourly employees a minimum of 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours, dependent on company size.
Gets mad if uou dont call in and is based on attendance system
Sick days are paid for the full time employees as long as they saved up the time they earned instead of use it all the time. Part time employees need a doctors note for it to be excused.

Have to find your own coverage in the event of being sick unless you have good management, otherwise you'll be reprimanded and considered a no show for the day.

I got 4 whole sick days for working full time hours
If you get sick you wont get paid for it . prerty much you have to come to work too cover your shift if even your sick.
Same as all other retail companies.
