Great benefits for full time employees, but 90% of the staff is part-time so this is meaningless

Benefits are great, not talking about employee discount. Company has other great benefits that you can google

I like the 80 hr's of paid vacation and 40 hr's of sick time, but that's about it as far as benefits go.

Below average dental, eye and health coverage based on what is having to be paid for. Best thing of the package is the eye care. But that's not saying much.

You don't get any benefits but an employee discount, because you are hired part time for every position unless you get assistant manager or store manager position.

You don't get any benefits at all unless you are an Assistant Manager or higher position. Most managers are flexible with time off as long as you ask before the 2 week mark. However, if an emergency comes up most managers are really horrible with figuring out who's going to cover shifts.

Decent health and dental plans. And the usual paid time off. But nothing much after that. Managers get to take a nice trip every year they gladly rub in associates faces.
