For full-time associates, Gamestop provides a wide range of options for health insurance at a reasonable cost for associates. They also provide paid life insurance, raise money for the Gamer fund to provide associates who find themselves in tough financial situations relief, allow associates to check out games, provide a discount at the store, and work with vendors to give managers and sometimes the whole team games and products for free.

Benefits at Gamestop are pretty decent. PT employees can opt in to health/dental/eye, but its not as good as the FT health/dental/eye. Military store employees get the best benefits, hands down. Only FT employees gain PTO and 401k, the latter of the two was pretty good, as they had a fairly high match rate. Benefits were not good or bad, but adequate. Again, unless you were working at a military location.

cheapest possible insurance doesn't want you to get another insurance. Wish it was another company that cares about their employees

Very little in the way of additional compensation. The flexible scheduling was nice.
