15% off all merchandise in-store. Employee appreciation discount days. Ability to check-out games from within the store to try for a set amount of days.
401k match, Health Insurance, Employee Discount, some PTO
The best part at my store is the management team. Great people. The practices of GameStop, however, are pretty suspect in terms of making their employees lives easier.
I don't recall the specifics of this benefits package as it has been several years since I worked there. I recall them being fairly affordable and average.
Poor benefits for all employees or too expensive to purchase. Not worth applying for benefits through the company.
Low wages, and bad hours.
Health insurance premiums are average - nothing to write home about. Only two weeks of PTO, so make sure to negotiate for three weeks. Very few holidays (6), but this is expected for retail. 401K match is 100% for the first 3% and 50% for the next 2%. Employee discount is 15% on everything except for new hardware. Culture is not very open to flexible working arrangements (e.g. WFH).
Best is good company worst is the perscription plan carrier and trying to get mail order meds
Few options, but good coverage.
Overpriced insurance for crap coverage.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
