120 days until the benefits kick in and that's only if you last that long.

They do not allow benefits in time they just fire people before they can get any benefits.

There was no add-on LTD and STD or additional life other than the policy provided while I was there but this may have changed since then

It's kind of like a last minute thing. Probably because most people don't last long enough to get benefits

If you do not sell you are going to get fired. You have to make a sale basically everyday or else the pressure can be intense.

Great Health Insurance plan. Company pays a large portion of the premium.

You get a week vacation after a year. Full benefits including health, dental, etc. Nice 401K program if you make it long enough

Vacation, insurance, paid training and paid time off.

They are one in the same depending on your needs. For a single employee only covering yourself on the insurance the company pays 75% of cost which is very generous. For people who need to cover there spouse and or children the costs are much higher, but the benefit package is very comprehensive

Health insurance is not bad and offered after a probationary period. Vacation time is frowned upon even with long advance notice.
