Extremely pricey medical. 401(k) had no matching for the first year. No travel perks and 1 week PTO

There was none for part-time sales associates, Typical for jobs that you work less than 30 hours a week at.

The only good benefit to working at Gander Outdoors is the employee discount, which is 15% over cost. The health insurance cost almost $400 for the most affordable option and covered hardly anything. The 401k program was a token gesture and life insurance policy wasn't worth taking.

Benefits were standard. Managements approach for all was your lucky to have a job, incentives outside of that were unnecessary. Performance bonuses never trickled down past upper management.

No matching 401k, expensive health insurance plan. Good paid leave if you plan on having kids.

Decent health benefits but not quite as good as others I have seen.

The insurance is expensive and sucks, i have to pay $200 a month for insurance that I can't use until I meet a $5000 deductible. Manufacturers offered a lot of programs where you can earn free guns. I earned 6 this year.
