I never had a problem with it
Three-year vesting in a company that lays this many people off each quarter – and not for poor performance – means they basically don't have one.
It was a standard 401k.
I don't have an opinion about the 401K or any previous experience with a 401K. I'm happy to have it at all.
Recently changed from a 50% Cash match into your 401k by the company to a 100% stock match leaving my portfolio unbalanced with the stock to bond ratio.
The plan is managed through Vanguard. There is stock matching. There is a good selection of investment options.
The plan was a good plan..I didn't stay long enough to feel the benefits.
5% matching - not bad
5% match, 100% vested within the first 3 years, great 401k plan.
Employer match up to a certain percentage -- they match it with company stock
