Company just changed the structure to PTO, as opposed to separate vacation - sick - personal days. People who have been with the company for a long time don't get as much as they should; people who have been there for a little amount of time get about as much as the veterans - bad.
18 days of PTO to start with some opertunities to work remotely if the need arises.
Decent balances earned, hard to actually take the time off.
Varies according to years of service, but it was about 3 weeks of paid vacation for someone who'd worked there for 3-4 years.
The amount of vacation time you receive is standard but the way time off is approved is unfair.
Standard amount of time for experience.
Every vacation request I've put in so far has been approved!
4 weeks after 10 years of employment
The time off is average, but it's a hard place to take time, the jobs are demanding and it's hard to get coverage for a long vacation.
Switching from traditional vacation plus sick days to a PTO system.
