Gannon has amazing benefits. The offer a generous time off package, gym membership, and travel oportunities.
Great insurance overall. Had my whole family on it!
Excellent benefits! Great healthcare coverage with low deductibles and minimal out of pocket. Extra time off during the Christmas Holiday
No benefits for part time employees, even if you have hours/responsibilities of full-time. There is quite a bit of difference between staff and faculty in terms of benefits.

The retirement fund match is great!
It was ok not great
Good: Great 401k match (after 1 year of service), tuition remission for self, spouse, and children, good health and dental insurance (orthodontics not covered). 2 weeks vacation for new employees but you also get a week off during Christmas and 5ish days for Easter. Unlimited sick days for exempt employees. Bad: Bonuses and raises are basically unheard of at Gannon (for those below VP/Dean level). No maternity/paternity but I believe you can use the government family leave thing. Ugly: FYI for the ladies/people who menstruate, they WILL NOT cover birth control because it's a Catholic University. Do with that information what you will.
Nice place to work for.
Good retirement contributions and PTO.
Great health insurance and 401K.
