gap intelligence offers great benefits and really wants to ensure that every employee is taken care of. Work-life balance is a huge focus and they do a wonderful job!
The perks stand out the most, with close-up Padres seats and other sports events. The options for health insurance and good 401k matching really compare well with other companies.
Awesome 401K program. Decent health and dental with a lot of health insurance options to choose from. Vacation is good after having been there for a couple years.
The benefits package includes vacation time and free swag and company-sponsored recreational events.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
We partake in ownership thinking at gap intelligence. Ownership thinking falls into a formula that determines if we get quarterly bonuses. The idea behind it is that when we are profitable, we all get a piece of the pie. When we have a rough quarter, we don't earn a bonus but we do keep the lights on in our office at Liberty Station. They contribute to our 401ks. We also have great health coverage (medical, dental, vision).
