Gap offers paid time off to eligible employees.
The longer you are with the company (at full time) the faster you acrew PTO. Depending on what state you work In your hours can till over into the next year but can not exceed a certain amount. However you can’t not take pto whenever you want, it has to be approved by your manager!
Available if you are working for the company for a while if you are looking for paid time off, vacation is available if you do request a couple of weeks before off.
4 weeks of PTO and more for directors and above
accrues based on length of service
Increases with tenure. Hours added when working overtime
Gap was good for paid time off they could have done things differently like gave choices to more $$$ on the hour or more pto days. Not all employees are the same some require more time off work and some require morn money to be able to get to the point in life to have a family and require more time off instead.
according to how long and how many hours you worked, it lead up to the days that you were accruing. plus the mandated sick and paid time off that comes with emplyment
I don't get paid time off because I am a part time worker but you do get vacation time, but only full time gets paid time off
Paid time off is pretty generous, if you can get it approved and not in conflict with another associate's schedule.
I was a long time employee and had 5 weeks PTO a year. That is amazing
