Great comprehensive benefits program.
Best - affordable & comprehensive
Best thing is employer paid fitness, lunches, access to our products.
Free lunch and orange theory 4 class membership. Decent health insurance
Lots of perks, 401k match, FSA, pricey but good insurance plans, decent PTO policy, lots of other random benefits like Legal Aid, etc.
Still very stuck in the 9-6 work day, and working from home is frowned upon by some executives. Overall the company does provide good benefits and the President does try to encourage work/life balance but this is often very difficult to achieve when management is constantly pushing for greater results and responsibilities from salaried employees.
Individual employee coverage rates cannot be beat! Significantly less than what my friends, family and spouse pay through their employer base coverage.
We get a bonus every year, but it is calculated in such a convoluted way that you never know what you're going to end up with. There is also a lot of playing favorites and rewarding some people for below average performances. Everyone knows but shrugs and says it's better than no bonus at all.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
