    Best benefits you'll find. 1. Inexpensive PPO or HSA with low deductibles and premiums. 2. 401k matching of 12.5% on 10%! 7.5% on 10% plus additional 5% "pension". Vests 20% per year so after 5 years you are fully vested and all future matching. 3. PTO is 3 weeks start. extra week for every 5 years. 4. FSA and dependent care account 5. ESPP wiht 15% discount 6. 45% off Garmin products

    Healthcare coverage used to be 100% for full family, but there was a change gradually from 2014 - 2016. Employees began to pay for 20% in 2014 and in 2016 employee spouses that were offered coverage from their employers were forced to pay 100% or get coverage from their employers. Retirement included 401k with great matching (.75 on the dollar up to 10%), plus a 6% pension. Vesting was on a 5-year plan for 401k, 6 years for the pension. Tuition assistance, Flight School reimbursement, and many other programs were a definite bonus.

    401k is matched very well. The health insurance is one of the best! PTO and sick time are all in one, and the time is accumulated per week which can be annoying.

    Pros: Very inexpensive family medical/dental/vision insurance Several options for medical/dental/vision insurance, cheap options available for people who don't need much (e.g. healthy single young people) 75% 401k (or Roth 401k) match, up to 10% of salary 5% of salary pension plan Employee stock purchase plan, 20% discount from lower of start or end of 6 month purchase period Cons: Salary is lower than competitors, but given how good the benefits are otherwise it's not that big of a deal
