Absolutely fantastic, the best I'm aware of in the KC area. Medical is a low deductible, very low premiums, dental+vision, pension, incredible ESPP (15% off the open/close price - whichever is lower, up to 10% of your income), great 401k match (75% of what you contribute, up to 10% of your pay).
The company has some of the best benefits offered.
