Standard benefits package for management employees, nothing spectacular.
The benefit package is a catastrophic option that costs more than most employees can afford.
Fairly standard benefits package for a large multi-national company. Free meals when you are working and free pair of shoes every year.
401K is very beneficial for me
The Reston HQ office gives little perks of events like Bagel Thursday, Ice cream social etc for the team
401K they match 100% up to 3% of salary. Match additional 2% @ 50%. System is such that vacation days are of minimal value. They do pay overtimes but the only holidays one has a reasonable chance of taking off is Christmas and Thanksgiving.
Benefits are great. Free food, paid vacation and free uniforms. What else could I ask for.
I’d say The best thing would have to the Company having a union. The union was very helpful to employees.
