Health insurance is very expensive with high deductibles. You begin to accrue time off immediately, 80 hours of vacation time, 40 hours of sick leave, 40 hours of personal time, 6 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays.
Expensive medical plan 2 weeks paid vacation for first 5 years then I think you get another week but it’s hard to even take 2 weeks 5 sick days 3 floating holidays You get the 5 major holidays unless you work for Thrive Hive Division - they seem to get extra days off and perks like ping pong tables, snacks, beer and wine in the break room and such.
While they provide a generous 5 personal days the vacation time is somewhat limited and very few paid holidays are offered.
