Health insurance is now offered with a portion covered by the company. Vision and Dental are covered at 100%. PTO plan has been modified recently, the more tenure with the company the more days off you get. There is also a flexible working schedule with is pretty nice.

The benefits at this company are essentially non-existent. You get a small amount of paid time off, a bad 401k and the health insurance plan is so expensive that almost all of the employees choose to find a better plan on their own.

Benefits are minimal - snacks are provided and there is vision and dental insurance. Paid time off is the least I've had at any job. 401k is ok, but traps you at the company if you want it to really take advantage of it. Health insurance is not paid at all by the company. There is no training, no discounts, and no opportunities to work from home.
The benefits plan doesn't stay consistent. It used to include medical, vision, and dental but is now only vision and dental. I believe we were given less than a months notice to gear up for the loss. There is a 401k plan that the company will match but it takes something like 6 years to vest and the turnover for the company is pretty high. They also don't trust you to do work remotely because who knows if you're actually doing work? The PTO policy changed a few times in the time I was there. It went from 7 days vacation/ 7 days sick time to 10 days over all PTO. This doesn't grow with seniority. They also made a big point of telling us that that policy changed because one employee was caught using a sick day as a vacation day and now you can use them interchangeably.

The time off and 401k packages are perfect for the size of the company. Unfortunately, due to the small size, the healthcare benefits are fairly expensive at the moment. I had to go outside of the company's plan to get healthcare.
