You could not take a vacation day one after the other and God forbid you are sick on Thanksgiving cause that is grounds for termination.
More than fair when compared to other companies, for time off
It is only provided to full timers, and it is a set amount from the point you become FT rather than your tenure
They offer an annual bank of PTO available immediately -- no requirements other than full-time status. My managers were very flexible with my vacation requests.
Pretty minor amounts of PTO, company has been shifting to PTO at higher levels so that when you leave you can't have vacation time piled up.
Some fair and unfair practices mostly benefiting bestbuy with new changes it favors them even more
they give an average amount of time off
PTO offered only to full-time employees, which really only gets good once you've been there ~5 years.
if you full time its decent if you part time than u get no paid time off
It seems to be super average, not necessarily good or bad, pretty standard. vacation, sick, and leave days were all combined into the same thing, so you didn't have to differentiate, which was nice.
