Health insurance is majorly discounted. There is no maternity leave, you have to use short term disability.
Geisnger has program called my healthy rewards if you pass it each year you get discounted monthly insurance premium. I do not like that vacation/ time off is added to your account every paycheck ( starting employee is around 4h) so you are not given so many days of pto/ vacation At the begging of a year but you have to earn it.
