401k match up to 8% in some years. Typically in the 3-4% range. Employer contributes 3%of salary even if employee opts out.
The company matches your 401K plan up to 5%. They have commuters benefit, where employees can purchase monthly metro cards pretax, and you can purchase it for cheaper through their plan, which was great. The health insurance coverage is alright. The cheapest plan was about $32 a month for health, eyes, and dental, so can't complain.
High Copays but the price per paycheck is reasonable. They provide vision, dental and medical. There is also a gym in the building (you do however have to get approved to use it).
They have some of the best benefits of anywhere I have worked.
