    Vacation could be better? Not hardly in the US. It's really good for a US company. Year 1 is 2 weeks vacation time; years 2-8 are 3 weeks vacation time; years 9-18 are 4 weeks vacation time; years 19+ get 5 weeks vacation time.

    Two weeks for years 1 and 2. 3 weeks for years 3-8. 4 weeks for years 9+. Sick time was 40 hours per year.

    3 weeks off after 9 years working. You wont be able to afford to go anywhere you wont make enough money.
