Equity for almost all positions within the company with good vesting schedule, Company Bonus for all positions, basic Company Holidays, Company Life Insurance and Disability. Standard vacation and sick. Overall, I am happy with my benefits package. 4/5 stars because it doesn't compare to larger company offerings, but makes sense for where GenMark is today. It definitely helps that my pay is competitive too.

As a growing company, its understandable that big company benefits won't yet be available. Management continues to make small strides with benefits, but should consider easy wins in areas that employees value.
The worst was the cost for insurance and that they only offer 2 weeks paid vacation.
