Neutral - I was hired as a contractor during blizzard season. Pay was good, contractors didn't get Genentech benefits. After a period of time, you qualified for benefits through your contracting agency. We were aloud to go to the hoho's and year end access solutions party at dave & buster's which was fun.

Overall the benefits package is generous. However, over the years the employee costs have risen as well as the co-pays for both doctors visits and medicines.
