Compliant with basic CFRA, PFL, FMLA, and state disability. Company offers 25% extra disability pay if you exhaust what you have left of your PTO, to 80 hours. No more than the federal/state mandated time offered.
Standard maternity and paternity leave.
Maternity/Paternity leave is 5 days of paid leave, plus as much PTO and unpaid leave you want. Really not very progressive.
I have not used either but I'm told it's just adequate
Have to pay out of your own CAL for the first 2 weeks before can get into State funds.

Haven't used it yet, but I hear it's 3 months for maternity and 6 weeks for paternity.
