“Great benefit for employees. ”
“General atomics offers 401k benefits”
“Pretty piss poor, no sick, PTO is your sick and manditorily used. As a new hire you get 12 days per year. Winter vacation week they give you an option of using 2-3 PTO days or taking leave without pay... So assuming you use your PTO during winter you get 9-10 days PTO... don't get sick :) - this is the age of corporate slavery.”
Pay is on the low side of competition, benefits are similar, bonus structure is shared by all employees
401k, 50% match of up to 8% salary.
Pension plan (rare these days)
Good PTO but making EE’s use their own time during mandatory holiday shut downs in Dec feels unfair. Most EE’s come back to a new year with very little PTO especially newer ones who have not accumulated much.
Competitive options and great 401k matching!
The best thing about benefits package is the pension plan
Overall, GA has a great benefits package.
Very comprehensive benefits for families. 401K match is great.
Offers a pension plan- vests after 3 years
The pension plan was very good benefit.
