Good benefits package. 3 weeks PTO to start with progression to 4 weeks after 5 years.
The time off package is generous. you start off with 40 hours of time off.
Great company with good benefits, 401k, health benefits better than other places.
The health care benefits are good. As expected for a company of this size. The 401k matching is very generous.
Zero sick time, biannual bonuses are not tied to individual performance
-good 401k, eyecare, health care, can have up to 8% APR, decent decent decent decent
The high deductible insurance was atrocious if you have severe chronic illnesses. My medication co pay would reach up to $100 per month, when it was around $1-$2 per month for previous employers. If you don't get sick often, you end up saving in the long run due to the $2500 they put towards your HSA and however much you add to it. So just don't get severely ill very often.
6% company match on 401k.
No sign on bonus, the incentives could be a lot better. There is a relocation package which is cool. Some places don't over relocation
401k Matching, full health insurance (albeit with a large deductible), combined sick and vacation time (PTO, 4 weeks a year after 5+ years experience)
