Great 401k plan, pto policy generous
401k is equal to others in the industry (6% match) PTO is combined vacation and sick time. Nice if you don't usually get sick, kind of sucks if you're illness prone. Insurance is good, but there is a $1200/yr surcharge to cover your spouse (if your spouse's employer offers insurance). I've heard that there is maternity/paternity leave, but no one really knows what it is, which seems like a bad sign. The ability to float holidays is nice. I like the winter shut down, even though you have to either take it unpaid or use PTO. The Tuition Assistance plan for continued education is subpar for the industry.
Match 401k 6% have to float holidays so either work holidays and use them during christmas week or take holidays and have to use pto during christmas week
The 401k package is great, and the health insurance is competitive. However, if you and your spouse both work here, prepare to pay very high premiums.

its USA healthcare. not particularly cheap but definitely not the most expensive

The benefits are fairly decent
The PTO is abysmal, you are always in a position of either not being paid or paying EB for your time off. Worst benefits I've ever had.
