Vacation / Sick (PTO) Policy is average for long term employees but great for new employees. You can't beat their 401K Policy.

Health insurance is not that great because of only one availability of high deductible option with 80% coverage after the deductible is fully met. This keeps on going down hill every year in terms of coverage. 401K is good, they match 4% dollar for dollar and gives option to choose with after taxes or before taxes. Vision (VSP) covers yearly exam and get discounted prices on prescription glasses (not very wide selection choices in glasses). Dental plans is pretty good. 4 weeks of PTO is offered to be used as sick leave and vacation, this was a change from a better plan offered previously.
Tuition reimbursement, 50% of the first $7500 per year if you have less than 3 years experience at the company. Dental insurance is great, Delta Dental. 401k matches 3% and half of the next 2%. Start off with 15 days PTO and they shut down for 1 week in December for the holidays. 10 paid holidays. Health insurance is with United, high deductible.
There is almost nothing that is bad as long as you carefully review the packages and choose the one that is best suited for you and your family.
Match is pretty good. Recently the company moved from vacation time and sick leave to a combined PTO. Works well for the healthy and immune.
The 401k matched up to 4% then an additional 2% at 50%. The medical sucks already and is getting even worse after the first of the year. They cancelled the retirement benefits for anyone who started working there in the last 4 years.
401k but vaycay is lacking.
Lack of bathrooms, lack of parking, removal of tuition assistance, and many more egregious changes have taken place in the last year that make this company a bad place to work.
