    If you are single its great as for it is free. However if you add spouse and or dependents the cost goes sky high.

    You can choose any plan that you want to get. Depending on the plans you don't have to pay for it the company will; other plans you do. It's very affordable regardless of what you choose to get.

    It is expensive, high deductible, and high co-pay. Not much good about it at all. The only good thing about it is if you're relatively healthy, you can take advantage of a health care savings account and save for retirement.
