Eligible employees may make pre-tax, Roth after-tax, or after-tax payroll contributions to a retirement savings plan. Contributions are limited to 50% of eligible compensation up to the IRS maximum contribution limit. Company match varies by plan. 100% vesting of the company match is immediate. A catch-up provision allows participants age 50 and older to contribute an additional $6,000.
Company do provide 401K sharing plan as well.

I have worked places that offer a better match.
T Rowe retirement plan is pretty bad. None of the selected funds makes more than 6% regardless of bull market. This hurts as 401K does not grow over period of time.
