The insurance plan would be great for unforeseen disasters with potential for catastrophic medical debt, but otherwise is terrible for preventative health care. The deductible is well above 15% of the annual income for the majority of its lowest tier employees.
Higher premium for insurance than some other companies.
The company automatically contributes a decent amount to your HSA.

It's nothing special. I like high deductible with an HSA, which they offer. That's nice, but that's about it.
Expensive for family members and very high deductible.
It tries to compensate for Obamacare, and has a variety of plans to choose from. The mid-tier plan is fairly affordable.
It is competitive with other companies. If you have what they are looking for, the sky is the limit.
