Fair package for a private company
Best: packages are offered. Worst: O.K. packages, but each year less is offered and reassignment to new vendor under a Preventive program , benefits become useless to employee for some portions without employee first paying additional monies not required by previous vendor.
401k was very good, but the vacation policy was lacking. The accrual system was very painstaking and hard to save up time if you took any sick leave. I did not take part in the medical benefits; but their options were plenty and their 401k plan was very good.
Insurance cost too high
Very good PTO/holiday leave. High deductible health insurance plan.
401K and PTO as well as stock
The health insurance does not cover too much and seems pretty expensive. The dental insurance is some what limited with providers who are in network.
The benefits package is very complete and the 401K program is an excellent part of the package. Medical and dental programs are reliable.
Selection of options is not terrible, but the plans are extremely high deductible. I have the highest tier (pay 54 bucks a pay period) and STILL have to pay over 1600 out of pocket for insurance to cover anything.
As a temporary contract worker, no benefits were available.
