GDMS offers 6% 401k match. Vision is one of the best when it comes to discounts off frames. Dental is great as well. Great coverage towards braces. Medical coverage is good and offers services for family counseling if needed and so on.
There is ample paid time off, maternity and paternity leave, and time off to use within the calendar year to ensure employees are taking some time off.

As is typical for defense contractors, there are no stock or options or bonus programs for non managers. New hires are not eligible for any pension programs.
The best thing about the benefits package was the 401k matching. Second best thing was the PTO plan with buyin and payback options.
