The hours increases per years of service. You are also given My Time of 40 hours plus floating holidays at the beginning of each year.

The concept of 'My Time' is a joke. What little PTO you get doesn't allow for decent time off and you are rarely able to use it all.
Lots of PTO for a summer internship. Interns also got half days on holidays (most of us used PTO for the other half of the day)
We had a much better PTO plan 10 years ago.
