Sometimes the workload is so big that you can't take vacation.

StarStarStarStarStar Current HR in Annapolis Junction, Maryland

Competitive, start off with PTO to use so that you do not go into a negative leave balance while accruing time off.

Very flexible: 9/80, PTO, holidays, and "My Time"

The hours increases per years of service. You are also given My Time of 40 hours plus floating holidays at the beginning of each year.

Pretty much standard two weeks to start + holidays

  • Feb 26, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Information Systems Security Officer in San Antonio, Texas

You have a great work life balance with the option to purchase additional time off.

The concept of 'My Time' is a joke. What little PTO you get doesn't allow for decent time off and you are rarely able to use it all.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Intern in Fairfax, Virginia

Lots of PTO for a summer internship. Interns also got half days on holidays (most of us used PTO for the other half of the day)

  • Aug 05, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Scottsdale, Arizona

We had a much better PTO plan 10 years ago.

    Immediate accrual upon hire
