One great benefit is getting the week (between Christmas and New Years) off with pay. The benefits administrator is stellar. She helped me navigate thru the selection process and seemed committed to helping me perfect my selections.
As an intern you don't receive benefits like you would as a full time employee. It is hard to compare what it would be.
They only offer high deductible health insurance plans and PTO is only 10 days per year.
The medical package is pretty bad. I recommend going over the border to Mexico if you want quality treatment that will not put your family out of money
