Benefits continue to decline. High deductible insurance plan. No medical coverage for working spouses, no matter how poor or expensive their plan may be. No pension for new employees for a number of years now and reductions in pension for existing employees. Used to have great benefits, but not anymore.
Benefits started out strong, affordable health insurance, vacation, pension, 401K matching, bonuses. Company slowly chipped away at things, health insurance went up, pension went away, bonuses were eliminated except for Sr. leaders.
Pension Plan stopped several years ago. 401k employer match is minimal. Health care packages get worse each passing year since Obama Care was introduced.
